Kingsteps Construction was established in Nairn in 1998 and started to trade in 1999 on conclusion of a major joint design and build contract with Morrison Homes Ltd for the construction of 84 private houses at Cradlehall, Inverness. Focus in the early days was on housing for private sale and we carried out a variety of projects where we acquired land and acted as both builder and developer on a design and build basis on projects.
We have expanded our workload into the competitive tendering market and are on the approved tender list for most of the major architectural and quantity surveying practices in the Inverness and surrounding area. We have excelled in both our tendered work and our own developments in Highland communities and beyond over the last 25 years and offer clients the opportunity to tailor our work to appeal to their requirements, which ensures each project is unique and our focus is centred around the individual.
